ValidaTek Maintains CMMI Maturity Level 5 Appraisals for IT Services and New Development Projects

ValidaTek is proud to announce that its New Development Projects were appraised at Maturity Level (ML) 5 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)[i], the highest rating awarded by the Institute. This achievement, combined with our Service Project appraisal at CMMI Level 5, distinguishes ValidaTek as one of just 13 elite companies in the US to receive the highest form of third-party validation, a distinction held by the company for seven years. 

For our customers, the ML5 status means that ValidaTek executes complex projects on time, within budget, and with clear and predictable results aligned with business objectives. Our mature processes and in-depth analysis and tracking:

• Allow us to quantify the metrics that matter most to our customers, providing us the ability to introduce and measure change to mitigate potential negative impacts to end users.

In the most recent New Development Projects appraisal, we delivered measurable performance gains:

• Greater Estimation Accuracy: A 7.38% improvement in the accuracy of our work item estimates—delivering greater predictability and efficiency across projects.
• Delivering on Commitments: A 67.5% improvement in team capacity assessments delivers more predictable and sustainable results, keeping projects on track and consistently meeting expectations.
• Lower Costs, Higher Value: Through mature processes and right-first-time delivery, we’re driving down costs while increasing the impact of every solution we deliver, as evidenced by the Exceptional CPARs customer ratings for the contracts in the appraisal’s scope.
