ValidaTek Strengthens Leadership Team with Strategic Promotions

ValidaTek is proud to announce the promotions of three accomplished professionals into key Vice President positions. These strategic promotions underscore our continued focus on operational excellence and innovative service across all touchpoints.

Andrew Jones – Vice President, DoD Division  

Andrew Jones was promoted from Senior Director to Vice President, Department of Defense (DoD) Division. Since joining ValidaTek in 2022, Andrew has been instrumental in delivering exceptional results to our customers and integrating the expertise from our program teams with ValidaTek’s business development and growth practices. In his expanded role, Andrew will continue to drive long-term value for our DoD partners by aligning our technology expertise with business objectives.

Matthew Southern – Vice President, FedCiv Division

Matthew Southern was promoted from Director, Federal Civilian (FedCiv) Operations to Vice President, Federal Civilian Division. This promotion reflects Matthew’s exceptional leadership and dedication to raising the bar in service delivery and innovation. His unwavering commitment to both employees and customers ensures mission success and lasting impact across the FedCiv Division. In his new role, Matthew will partner with the Growth Leadership Team to expand the FedCiv contract portfolio and capabilities.  

Nicholas Paone – Vice President, Growth Operations  

With a robust career in IT leadership, Nicholas has been promoted from Senior Director of Proposal Management to Vice President, Growth Operations. Nicholas has made a significant impact on the Growth operations at ValidaTek as the company grew its revenue year after year, with a 20 percent increase in 2024. In his new role, Nicholas is accountable for the end-to-end business development lifecycle and will partner with the DoD and FedCiv Divisions to accelerate the growth of ValidaTek.
