Five Moments That Embodied ValidaTek’s Culture in 2025
As we begin 2026 with a laser-focus on our goals for the new year and beyond, we paused to remember some moments from 2025 that brought us together and helped shape the culture we’re proud of at ValidaTek.
Here are five moments from 2025 that embodied our culture.
1. Strengthening Connections through Outside-the-Office Events
ValidaTek hosted our cherished annual company-wide summer picnics and holiday parties for those based at HQ and at our other sites—creating opportunities for teams to connect, celebrate milestones, and build relationships outside of daily work. These traditions play an important role in building stronger, more collaborative teams and fostering belonging across the organization.
2. Recognizing our internal Champions of our Core Values
In 2025, we introduced our Core Values Awards to recognize team members who exemplify ValidaTek’s values in extraordinary ways. This important program celebrates individuals whose actions elevate our culture, our work, and continue to raise the bar in quality and delivery.
3. Giving Back through our Corporate Citizenship Program
Our teams gave back to communities that are close to our heart through initiatives such as the Veterans 5K, the local Adopt-a-Family holiday program, and volunteering with Junior Achievement 3DE. We recognize that as a company, we have an opportunity to make a positive impact in the world, and we thank everyone who helped us fulfill our commitment of building stronger, more prosperous communities.
4. Collaborating with Federal Partners
Throughout the year, ValidaTek experts engaged with government and industry leaders at key events all over the country, sharing insights and contributing to conversations that bring together federal stakeholders with industry partners to better align on our shared mission-critical outcomes. These collaborations underscore our role as an active, trusted partner who knows that meaningful relationships are essential to understand and advancing federal missions.
5. Honoring Military Heroes
We continued to celebrate and recognize military heroes all over the world and at ValidaTek by honoring service branch birthdays and bringing teams together at HQ to acknowledge the sacrifices of those who serve. These moments reaffirmed our deep respect for the military community within ValidaTek and beyond.
