Daniel Nguyen | Make people the priority
Dan is described as a people-centric Program Manager who built a collaborative team where every member feels genuinely supported and valued. Dan takes the time to listen, mentor, and celebrate the contributions of others and because of this, he has cultivated a culture of trust and belonging that motivates everyone to achieve great things.

Justin Williams | Think, plan, and deliver to a higher standard
Justin is a Lead Developer whose approach to software development is marked by his meticulous attention to both the big picture and the smallest details. Justin has exceptional skill in the ability to balance short-term requirements with long-term sustainability in mind, and he continuously sets a high bar for quality, planning, and delivering.

Emmanuel Dziworonooh | Do what's right, not what's easy

mmanuel is an exceptional Systems Engineer who always takes extra time and effort to do things the right way, and verifies every detail of his work even when it is not required. His commitment to integrity has benefited the team greatly in the long run, providing assurance in the delivery of precise and correct configurations.

Nathaniel Cole | From customer, to community, to career, take ownership
Nathaniel is a Systems Administrator who stepped up to take on the senior role of a Senior Systems Engineer/Analyst and manage a team of personnel, while continuing to balance his work as a tester and integrator of cybersecurity. Nathaniel was recognized by his COR for his ability to take ownership of the customer’s mission and take on new challenges and tasks to support the success of the program.

Kelly Ofcharik | Leverage common sense and knowledge to work smart
Kelly joined ValidaTek in April 2024 and immediately made an impact on the PMO Team. She exemplifies the phrase “work smarter, not harder” with her analytical and solutioning skills when assessing problems and tasks. She maximizes the functionality of Excel and other programs to automate processes and extract key information that make everyone’s job easier, and the whole company smarter.
