Empowering Future STEM Leaders
As a company that modernizes IT for federal agencies doing mission-critical work, ValidaTek recognizes the crucial importance of STEM education in shaping and securing the future. We are also keenly aware of an underrepresentation of many diverse communities in the STEM field, especially those from underserved areas of the country. ValidaTek is committed to supporting all aspects of diversity in STEM and ensuring an inclusive environment that is welcoming to everyone who interacts with our company. We will partner with nonprofits and community organizations that promote access to STEM education and resources for underrepresented and underserved groups. We will also support scholarships for talented students pursuing STEM careers, mentorship opportunities, and host/facilitate hands-on workshops to ignite a passion for innovation and learning.

We are proud to have many veterans on our team, and passionate about our work securing and modernizing key cyber terrain for the DoD and our nations’ warfighters. We deeply respect and appreciate the sacrifices made by our veterans and military heroes to create a safer country and a safer world. We strive to honor veterans and military heroes by ensuring that our service members, veterans, and their families are afforded every opportunity to be successful and receive our well-deserved support. Through this initiative, we will participate in different volunteer programs and partner with military and veteran employment programs that provide resources to warriors transitioning from military to civilian life.

Rooted in our purpose of creating opportunity and building a more prosperous world, we are committed to giving back to our communities. ValidaTek is made up of a diverse people who care about many different causes. We encourage everyone on our team to leverage our people and resources to uplift communities and causes that you are passionate about. We will collaborate with nonprofit organizations, organize community service events, assist those who have been affected by natural disasters, and initiate donation drives to uplift the lives of communities dear to our hearts. We are also proud to continue to support diverse causes through our donation-matching C3 program.
