EmpowHer Institute

On February 23rd, ValidaTek partnered with a nonprofit organization called EmpowHer Cybersecurity to enhance their professional development

program called E(H)C Institute. The aim of the organization and the training program is to address the shortage of women of color in the cyber security field by preparing them with the soft and technical skills as well as access to job and internship opportunities. Our volunteers presented to a cohort on salary negotiation strategies as a building block to their transition into a cyber role that was very-well received.
