DHS USCIS TOSS
In December, ValidaTek was awarded the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Technical Operations Support Services (TOSS) contract. This award allows us to continue our support of USCIS Office of Information Technology (OIT) Engineering and Infrastructure Division (EID) by providing Technical Operations Center (TOC) services as we evolve our operations center to provide more end-to-end observability of the USCIS enterprise. The services include network monitoring and maintenance, application performance monitoring, external services monitoring and reporting, policy guidance, system analysis, and overall coordination. The main place of performance for this work continues to be Stennis Space Center in Stennis, Mississippi. There are also staff members located at USCIS HQ in Camp Springs, Maryland.
This win would not have been possible without the dedication of our current Technical Operations Center (TOC) team who have provided exceptional service during the performance of the USCIS NOC contract. Their expert handling of the orals presentation portion of the proposal was instrumental in the win. We appreciate the ValidaTek team pulling together to contribute to the capture and proposal development efforts.
