CMMI-SVC v2.0 Level 5

ValidaTek is proud to announce that CMMISVC /S SM our IT Service Projects have been appraised at level 5 of the CMMI lnstitute's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® v2.0. Currently, ValidaTek is one of only five companies in the United States to have been appraised at Level 5 under the CMMI Services v2.0 of the model. The appraisal was performed by The Process Company in June 2021.

CMMI is a capability improvement framework, and the model recently moved from version 1.3 to 2.0. The model was updated to include practices to focus on performance and improve the usability of the model. Quantitative enterprise objectives are required and performance data for projects are now reported at the project level and rolled up to the enterprise level as part of a performance report.

Being appraised at maturity level 5 demonstrates not only ValidaTek's dedication to continual improvement but also our ability to make improvements based upon quantitative measurements tied to our business objectives and performance requirements. This rating is indicative of our ability to optimize and innovate our IT Services Projects.

The DHS Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) team and the USCIS Network Operations Center (NOC) team were instrumental in achieving this success, and ValidaTek applauds and appreciates them for their efforts. ValidaTek would especially like to thank Gary Samuels and Tajuana Gale from the HSIN team and Dan Williams, Daniel Nguyen, and Dorothy Spencer from the NOC team for the extra time, dedication, and leadership they showed through their participation in the appraisal interviews in addition to the improvement initiatives.
