ValidaTek received unconditional approval for the ISO 20000 Certification, which Anna Leytush, Chris Taylor and Said Rachidi have been working on obtaining since mid-July 2013. ISO 20000 is a Service Management System and works in conjunction with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. As part of the process for obtaining ISO 20000 ValidaTek has established a fully functional help desk managed by Chris Taylor. We are currently working on obtaining our next certification for ISO 27001 which will be the Information Security Management System. We anticipate on getting the certification by mid-December.
