On August 27, 2014 ValidaTek passed its first ISO 20000-1 Surveillance Audit. Surveillance Audits are required yearly by the accreditation body to ensure that the IT Service Management System continues to conform to the requirements as defined by ValidaTek and the ISO 20000 standard. Passing this audit means that ValidaTek is still conforming to the ISO 20000 standards.
Over the next couple months, we will be preparing for the surveillance audit on our Information Security Management system, ISO 27001.
