In July 2016, ValidaTek was awarded a contract to provide the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with support for the deployment of Enterprise Voice Services (EVS) using the Avaya Aura Platform. EPA’s basic mission is to protect human health and the environment — air, water, and land. ValidaTek will provide assistance to EPA with the overall goal for providing an EVS throughout the EPA. ValidaTek personnel will also provide recommendations and guidance on current and future deployments within the agency and plan for future integration of the systems with consideration of support requirements and the most efficient and effective utilization of the system capabilities and features.
