What we offer our team.

Medical, dental, and vision
  • Medical insurance. We split the cost of medical coverage with employees. We provide three medical plan options to help you meet the needs of you and your family.
  • Dental insurance. Dental coverage is provided through Cigna. We offer two PPO options.
  • Vision insurance. Vision coverage is provided through Cigna.
Life insurance

We provide coverage for 2× the salary up to $200,000 at no cost to employees. Employees may also purchase Voluntary Supplemental Life & Disability Insurance coverage 5× the salary up to $500,000.

Disability insurance

We pay 100% of all short and long-term disability costs for all employees.

401(k) retirement plan

Our 401(k) plan is provided through Manulife John Hancock Retirement. We match employee contributions up to 3.5% of the 6% of compensation, and all company contributions are immediately vested 100%.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are available to employees to set aside pretax dollars for various purposes. We provide:

  • Health Care Reimbursement FSA — pay for certain medical care expenses not covered by insurance, such as deductibles, copayments or other out-of-pocket medical expenses.
  • Dependent Care FSA — pay for certain expenses related toward qualified dependent care.
  • Transportation FSA — pay for work-related transit vouchers, vanpooling, and qualified parking expenses.
Health Savings Account (HSA)

A Health Savings Account (HSA) is available to employees enrolled in high deductible health plans. An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account that can be used for your health care expenses.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by Unum. It covers employees and their immediate dependent family members. The EAP provides free 24/7 access to telephonic and email counseling on workplace, financial, legal, and personal matters.

Paid time off, holidays, and leave

We provide competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) in addition to 11 federal holidays, bereavement leave, maternity leave, jury leave, and more.

Professional development & training

ValidaTek highly encourages professional development and assists employees with the cost of college tuition, training and certifications, continuing education (PDUs and CEUs), membership fees to professional organizations, registration fees for meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars, and fees and subscriptions for scholarly journals, books, and computer-based resources.

Awards, incentives, and bonuses

Our bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward high quality performance, attract new talent, and generate innovations that improve our contract work. Includes annual bonuses, a quarterly reward program, and employee referral bonuses up to $10,000.
