At ValidaTek, one of our core beliefs is that when our employees grow, our business does too. That is why Career Development Plans are created for all employees to ensure everyone receives the training and certifications needed to keep their skills ahead of our customers’ needs and management training to ensure personnel managers have all the tools and techniques they need to effectively manage highly technical resources. Our training offerings include online platforms like Skillsoft, training packs like ISC2 for CISSP, and onsite group training sessions at our headquarters like Puppet Architect and AMA Management Skills for New Managers.
Employee Recognition
Our bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward high quality performance, attract new talent, and generate innovations that improve the contract work. We recognize the contribution of each employee to the success of the company, so all full-time employees are eligible for our bonus program. Our bonus program includes annual bonuses, spot bonuses, and employee referral bonuses.
