ValidaTek would like to thank and acknowledge Tajuana Gale for her hard work and dedication! Tajuana works as Project Manager for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) contract within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Tajuana and her team provide systems engineering, design, and operation support for USCG’s Maritime Awareness Global Network (MAGNet) enclave, a highly-complex, engineered Oracle Supercluster and data exchange storage system. Their main objective is vessel visualization and identification, data provisioning, analysis, multiple platform hosting and providing content management support across multiple Intelligence Systems.
As project manager, Tajuana manages a team of 14 located at the Intelligence Coordination Center (ICC), USCG Headquarters, Maritime Intelligence Fusion Center Atlantic (MIFCLANT) and Maritime Intelligence Fusion Center Pacific MIFCPAC. She oversees the day to day tasks and projects for the team and acts as the liaison between the team and the Government customer. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree from University of MD University College (UMUC) in Information Systems and as obtained her PMP, ITIL, and Security+ certifications. Tajuana became a ValidaTek employee in October of 2017 and when asked what she likes most about working for our company, she says she enjoys the small company feel where she is not considered just a number, but part of a close family. ValidaTek is extremely grateful to have Tajuana as one of our top performers and we would like to thank her again for all of her efforts!
